How this works

Most shops show one set of studio photos and send whichever unit is nearest. We do the studio photos too, but every individual watch also gets its own QC album, shot in-house before it is listed.

Each watch carries an ID like VSFSUB-7K2. It is on the album, on the listing, on your order, and written on the watch itself. Quote it to us and we know precisely which piece you mean.

Every QC album has an inspection tool built in. Zoom, pan and rotate the photograph, then lay crosshairs and hour-marker lines over the dial to check index alignment, bezel pearl position, date centering and hand alignment.

Nothing to install, and it never alters the photograph. The overlay is drawn above it.

PayPal payments are sent as Friends and Family. We show you the address and a reference code once you have placed your order.

The reference has to go in the payment notes. A Friends and Family transfer arrives with nothing to say what it is for, so without it we cannot match your payment to your order. We check these by hand, so confirmation is usually the same day rather than instant.

Shipping is a flat $65 worldwide per box.

Shipping insurance costs 5% of the item price and is included by default. It covers packages lost, damaged, or seized by customs while in transit.

Shipping insurance is not a warranty. It does not cover defects, damage, or other issues that occur after the watch is delivered.

We email you when payment confirms, with your FedEx tracking number, and when the carrier first scans your package.

Your tracking number will not work straight away. A package travels to the carrier's facility before tracking goes live, which usually takes a few days and can take up to a week. Seeing “not found” during that window is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. We will tell you the moment it moves.
